I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Singapore Airlines (Singapore) in Nov 2025
Interview
I made it to the final interview stage. Prelim round had 2 interviewers, including one management pilot, and they asked simple aviation questions and personality questions. Final round had 5 interviewers (3 management pilots, 1 HR, 1 psychiatriest). More complex aviation questions were asked and my interview lasted about 40 minutes. Be sure to prepare for aviation questions even if you have no background in flying.

Interview
Prelim Interview.
Process is pretty straightforward: they'll check and verify all your information in your application with the documents you've brought.
After that you just wait to be called by your interviewer. There will be 2 people interviewing you - mine was a Head/Management Pilot and someone from HR. They will be very poker-faced throughout the session. It will be quick. Once you're done, you just leave the facility and hope you're called up for the Final Interview
