Got shortlisted for the preliminary interview.
I was interviewed by one person from HR and a Pilot.
Overall the interview was quite pleasant, they will ask you to make a rough guess even if you don't know.
Gather in a room and wait till you are called in a room with multiple interviewer. Sounds Simple and easy. You will not know what is the agenda behind the questions asked. Just speak truthfully and confidently.

A long and tedious process, very slow progression that takes a few months to get back to you. The question asked were basic but I did not know why I was not selected despite managing to answer them all with confidence.
Tricky, need to study technical stuff about aircraft and also pass the strict medical test which is more stringent than CAAS. Additionallly, you also must have a good personality so that you are suitable to be in the cockpit
