there was an essay writing prior to the interview. the interviewers were not very keen in asking questions and felt that the interview was conducted in a rush, as if they were chasing me out of the room. i was told to wait for 2 weeks for a reply but i did not hear from them since the interview. overall, it was a bad experience.

Interview
There were 2 rounds, both interviews online. First with the HR and hiring manager, second one with deputy director. Also, was asked to complete a written test online, 2 ques choose 1. Ques more aligned to public sector stuff.
Interviews were around 20-30 mins. Panel was friendly and pleasant, shared more about the job scope and role. Interview ques were pretty standard, more on why you are interested in SLA and the role.
