Interview
Interview turned out to be a pleasant chat and less intimidating as compared to some public entities. Hiring managers have the main deciding power.
They are very kind and would see you off to the lift after the interview.
Intense panel interview (4 VS 1) which lasted for over an hour, became draggy towards the end. Required to complete post-interview assignment under the watch of interviewers which was a bit stressful.
Three rounds of interview, got a call pretty quickly after applying. Straightforward questions asking you to describe your work experiences. Overall, not too difficult or complicated. Got an answer back pretty quickly as well.
