The interview questions were sent to me ten minutes before the interview for me to plan my answers. The questions were disjointed, were basically 3 questions in one and I believe could have been worded better. In the actual interview, which was online, there were three employees there. They briefly introduced themselves but there was no small talk or gradual easing into the interview and I felt rushed.
