Interview
Interview was very simple and quick. Maybe 10 minutes. Didn’t ask a lot of questions, just an overview and availability. There was also an orientation overview and timeline of starting was reviewed.
Pretty straight forward got a phone call screening then in person interview. Questions were pretty basic customer service related and about handling difficult and stressful situations. Received a call back in about a week for follow up.

Tell me about how you handled a difficult customer?
Easy interview, it's done in the HR building across the street from the park. The training is right after the interview on the computer. The training is done by clicking through the button that says continue in the top right corner.
