Interview
The interview process was relatively straightforward. After the online application - which consisted of work history and personal statement, I was invited to attend the half-day assessment centre. The assessment was split into 2 parts; first, I was put into a group with other candidates and asked to complete a series of tasks, and the last part of a personal interview with 2 senior members from the department I was joining.
