Interview
Phone interview with the Clinical manager followed by an invite to shadow at the clinic if they like you. You shadow alongside two Lead medical assistants who also ask you a few questions. Notified within a couple of days if you are hired or not!

Question 1
If you are at work and done with all your tasks, what would you do with your free time? What do you do to destress? Talk about some of your weaknesses. Describe yourself in three words. Talk about a situation where a patient or coworker was rude to you and how you handled it Name three things that you would like your manager to do that show they value the work you are doing.
Pretty easy - they want to know your serious and able to speak well. The medical assistants needs to be able to speak with cosmetic patients well and they care about that!
