The recruiter seemed professional at first and I was told I would hear back a week after first interview but was ghosted even after follow-ups, no feedback or response provided. Pretty disrespectful.

Professional and friendly, but heard terrible things about moral and employee turnover. It did not appear to be a happy place to work. Current employee dissuaded me from taking the position if i could possibly find better.
