A lot of emphasis placed on written work. Interview is more a way to know more about you and discuss your experiences. Make sure to write a good cover letter and answer the prompt as best as you can. They really place a lot of emphasis on how well you can write.

Interview
I was first contacted about a month after I applied and asked to have a brief phone interview, which lasted around 20 minutes. Then I was asked to send in additional references and do a short test (presumably alongside other finalists).
