The video interview round went smooth. However I am still waiting for their response to whether I am selected or rejected. I am hoping things to be positive. A little faster reply to the mail won't hurt.

Experience on implementation and how it helped my clients
Thank you for the positive words about the interview itself! Your point about response times is well taken — we know waiting for news is stressful and we'll work on being more timely with updates. We hope to be in touch with you soon!
The process was smooth in the beginning, with them sending me a one way Video interview to do. After submission, no response, full ghost mode. I followed up two times. Still no response.
Bad company to apply for. Feels like these people are scammers.

One way Video interview was asked as the initial step.
Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry for the poor experience. Not following up after your video submission — especially after two follow-ups from your side — is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We take this seriously and are looking into what happened. If you'd like to reach out directly at hr@sleek.com, we'd be glad to close the loop properly.
Please do not waste your time applying to this company.
Applicants are expected to invest considerable time and effort into completing assignments, yet the company appears unwilling to extend even the most basic professional courtesy of providing a response or rejection update. Being rejected is understandable; being ignored after investing hours of work is not.
What I found particularly disappointing was the complete lack of communication. Even after following up for an update, I received no acknowledgement or response. Candidates are simply left waiting indefinitely with no clarity regarding the status of their application.
The company speaks extensively about its culture and values, but my experience did not reflect those claims. Respect for candidates is demonstrated through actions, not marketing statements, and in this regard the hiring process fell well short of expectations.
After reviewing other candidate experiences on Glassdoor, it appears that this is not an isolated incident but part of a recurring pattern. If you choose to apply, be prepared for the possibility that the time and effort you invest may not be met with the same level of professionalism in return.
Thank you for taking the time to share this — and for being direct. You're right that asking candidates to invest significant time in an assignment and then going silent is not acceptable, regardless of the outcome. A rejection response is the minimum we owe anyone who puts in that effort, and we clearly fell short here.
We're taking this feedback seriously as part of a broader look at how we communicate with candidates throughout our process. We're sorry your experience didn't reflect the values we talk about — that gap matters and we intend to close it.
If you'd like to reach out directly at hr@sleek.com, we'd welcome the chance to follow up properly.
