Interview
Got an email after 5 days of applying. Asked to schedule a 15min phone interview with the Project Manager. Formal asked me a few questions and asked if I had any other questions. They sent me an email shortly after with a design prompt consisting of making 2 slides with info they provided on PowerPoint and to send it back ASAP. Finished it same night and sent it in. Got an email next day from someone else in the company asking if I was still interested in the position, never received my email. I sent it 3 separate times to different people. Typical interview with usual questions.

Interview
HR contacted me with the initial interview then after I was sent a test design and a form to fill up for my references. After completing that, I had the final interview with two people. I got the rejection an hour later.

Interview
The interview was generally lengthy and tedious. Although the interviewers were nice and the flow went well. I just think they asked repetitive questions that were already asked in the form. I wish they delved into my past experiences and character rather than the basic information that is already on my application form.
