Slocum & Sons interview questions

I received this interview when a company employee reached out to me regarding an open position, asking if I would like to interview. The job requirements fit my capabilities, so we moved forward with an interview. The interview was fairly short and my interviewer asked the basic questions, as well as talking about the position and giving a tour of the small creative department. The interviewer kept pushing on about how stressful the position was and that you have to be willing to push people around, which was disheartening to hear. It became clear that the candidate they were truly seeking needed much higher qualifications than what they had posted in the job description. I never heard back from them after this interview.
