I was reached out to by an outside recruiting company. I passed the first recruiting round did not do that well on codility exam. Overall that was fine as i had not used it before.
Anyway I recently found out my application (cv and answers were given to recruiter) circled back to my current employed through word of mouth. This has caused me issues at work. Not worth it. Extremely unprofessional. This is the first time such a privacy violation has happened to me.

OA - python, sql, and 10 multiple choices questions.
First round with a manager but not sure if he is the hiring manager or not, as he didn't introduce himself at all, everything starts from his question. He asked about past experience with analytics; motivation to apply for this role; a bit of technical questions but not in depth. I was supposed to receive rejection much earlier, but it took them 3 weeks to get back to me due to year end.

What is bias, how to reduce bias, how to reduce variance.
1. Online coding test + multiple choice questions on statistics, basic machine learning, probability...
2. Hiring manager round - resume screening, overall technical questions
3. Several interviews with peers or stakeholders
4. Second & Third line manager round
only until the code test using codility. Difficulty : average. it tooks 3 hours but i'm still short on time. haven't been notified yet, it seems they are not continuing the interview process
