SmartOSC interview questions

Passed the cv round. I was scheduled for a face to face interview at Smart Osc. They were extremely nice and professional and polite and friendly. The interview was done in English with question directly related to the job. I thought I did great, but 2 weeks later no reply (not even a thankyou letter) though they said I would be contacted in just a few days. I personally asked the Hr lady whom I've been talking with through Zalo, but got ghosted. I still did not get any feedback from them. You know what, the salary and the benefits are not worth it (3 month training with salary UP TO 6 mil, mind you "up to") All I want is mutual respect and an answer, something like "thank you for your time but we regret ..." You are wasting candidates' time!! Very disrespectful behavior.
