HR is not very communicative with you and will ghost then send a generic rejection email when the position is filled.

Interview on teams with hiring manager, followed by HR interview and senior sales manager. Casual and relaxed. No unusual questions just a constructive conversation about the role and how my background fits within it.

Three rounds: 1st: Phone screening. Very basic just a get to know.
2nd: Face to with interview questions like describe a time when you dealt with a difficult colleague
3rd: Face to face with presentation. More rigorous interview with specific questions on how I will achieve the goals of my team.
