Very casual just a couple of questions whilst they’re note down your answers. It was more of a casual and calm conversation rather than a stereotypical interview process. The interview wasn’t particularly long either it lasted a good 20 minutes before finishing.

I arrived at least 10 minutes before the interview. Unfortunately my interview was at a busy time as I had to wait at least 15 minutes before the store manager was ready. Overall the interview went well. The manager was friendly and we basically just talked about what department I would work best in.
