Interview
Ray made the interview process nice and smooth. He always made himself available to address any questions/concerns. I interviewed on Skype with Ray (HR), the following day I interviewed on Skype with the COO and then I was brought into the office to meet with the team and interview with CEO. Received an offer shortly after that.
