I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Snap Fitness (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Easy, laid back, basically unprofessional. I would recommend this to any high school/college student looking to make some beer money and add something to their resume but thats about it. The interview process was very easy, laid back, and also unprofessional as no questions about my experience or education was asked. Bad management was my first thought.
It was very easy. It went really great, the owner was nice and i began training and working at the front desk. It was a great small and quaint gym. The interview process was simple, I walked in had the interview with basic questions about my past.

in person interview with manager. you interview an applicant, you have to gather as much information as possible in a short period. Gleaning enough about a candidate to determine whether they’re right for a role is challenging — but by asking good interview questions, you’ll not only get a clearer idea of their skills and experience, but also get a sense for their conversational skills, emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, cultural add and ability to think quickly.
