The way they ran it involved filling out the general application, which then meant a confirmation email from HR. There was a quick phone call booked with an HR person where we went over some general questions. After that, it was an interview with the hiring manager to go over the job description and go over specific technical questions that proved expertise. Then, there was a second interview after that.
