      Interview

this company has no respect for your time and effort. The CEO, christian, is clueless and egotistical. He'll ask you a question just so he can spend 15 mins answering it and talking about himself. Very saturated market with a C- product at best. No roadmap, no pipeline, and immediately get upset if you ask about the sales path of success. I regret wasting my time with this company, but lesson learned.

This is a false account as you and I never spoke. I think real reviews can offer a valuable way to share experiences, but this is not one. Since Glassdoor allows people to post anything here with no accountability for truthfulness, I'll use this space to share my general perspective to anyone applying for a job: 1. If a company schedules a phone screen with you, and you accept the invite, do your best to show up. If something comes up and you can't make it, email the recruiter or hiring manager to reschedule, ideally before your scheduled time. 2. Things happen, or maybe there was some misunderstanding. If you miss a phone screen, and weren't able to send an email beforehand, send the hiring manager or recruiter an email and let them know why you missed it, they'll probably reschedule it without issue. Sending a profanity-laced email to an executive and the recruiter after they send a rejection letter is unlikely to result in getting the phone screen rescheduled. 3. Even if there isn't a perfect fit for a given role, our recruiting team routinely reaches back out to candidates when new opportunities arise. So, don't have your friend write in and pretend to be a prospect. While I'm sure your intent was good, your friend spent hours with one of our AEs and wasted their time. Most companies value transparency and honesty, so being deceptive is probably going to be disqualifying for most companies if they find out. Instead, consider asking the recruiter if you can get a product demo. They'll probably make it happen. Above all else, I wish you the best of luck in your career. Christian Brucculeri, CEO
