Contacted via email to schedule an initial phone screening. First phone screen was rescheduled on their end. Phone screen was “okay” as the recruiter was not well informed on the role and responsibilities for this position. First round interview was promptly scheduled after phone screen. First round interview coordination process switched recruiters to complete the confirmed scheduled date. Interview was also just ok. There is no regard for education level or market salary which is a huge red flag. This ultimately was my inquiry brought back to the recruiters I had been in communication with and my question was met with a rude reply on who to direct communication to even though this particular recruiter did not have the decency to close out the loop of the recruiter who stepped in for her. Additionally, this recruiter did not provide any benefit package information to even somewhat balance the offensive salary offer for Program Manager at this company. No thank you. Take your value and skills elsewhere. Interviews are a two-way street.
