It does not make a good impression on a company when hiring managers demonstrate narcissistic or egomaniacal traits in interviews just because the company is in a current upward trend. Things can also turn out differently and then exactly these types of "managers" are gone, because they ultimately do not deliver the performance that is needed as everything is a team effort. After a good 5-8 minutes during the interview, I decided for myself that I would only conclude the interview positively and that was it. For such a company, which is superficial, I definitely do not want to work. The company's corporate culture was definitely not lived by this hiring manager.
