To the author of this review, we would like to thank you for the time you spent with us through our interview process and we’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.
The remainder of this response will be addressing the readers of this review rather than the author. It is important to know that we have a structured interview process and it does require time from both our candidates and our hiring managers. It is critical to our business that we make good hiring decisions on the people who will have an impact at our company and our culture. We also understand this is not just a job for many of our candidates and we want them to feel secure in the decision they make with their future career.
Please note that the interview process and compensation details are discussed between the recruiters and the candidates during the initial phone interview prior to moving forward with the next step. If time constraints are an issue or if a you have a special request in terms of timing and availability due to multiple job offers, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
With regards to our “Best Places to Work”, our employees take great pride in receiving this award because it’s them (our employees) who create the culture and environment we work in. Each year, a third party, Workplace Dynamics, who partners with OC Register, finds out which OC employers want to participate in their annual survey. Workplace Dynamics then sends out the employee survey rating the employer on areas such as workplace culture, pay, benefits, and recognition. All results are administrated by Workplace Dynamics and OC Register notifies all companies who earned TOP Workplace award in early December. It has been an honor to be named OC Top Workplaces 7th year in a row.
