First interview is a phone interview, second is a panel interview. The questions in the panel were STAR based so I would definitely make sure you can answer situational based questions in this format. There was a long gap in between interviews, so expect a long waiting process. There was also initial correspondence with HR when I sent a follow up from the interview (maybe 2 emails?) and they said they would be making decisions and to follow up within a certain time period. I waited that time period and sent another follow up email still expressing interest and never heard back. After months of waiting and the process I was expecting a more clear denial or more information, however after this experience I wouldn't expect them to get back to you unless you got it. Everyone in the panel (engineers and HR) were really friendly and supportive as I was pretty nervous in the beginning of the interview, but there's definitely some lack of communication afterwards and the process is not the most organized.
