Corporate recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Set up phone interview. Was told it would be 30 minutes, was actually an hour. That's no big deal--when I conduct phone interviews they average an hour too (but I don't undersell the timeframe). I know I was a good match for the role (I was more qualified than the person I interviewed with), but I wasn't interested in moving 90 miles for the position. I do think it's rude not to have any kind of follow up (thanks but no thanks email, whatever).
