Interview
I had a series of calls, video conferences. I was sent a competency test and then met directly with the VP of Engineering. I loved my experience. I could feel that I would be trusted and would be allowed full autonomy of my team. It was refreshing to feel that I could actually come in and have my ideas, not only heard, but followed through on.

Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. Recruiter call and manager call. Followed by 3 on sites - design, collaboration and technical management behaviorals. The design used hackerrank and question was a easy/medium complexity
