SociaLabra Software Developer interview questions

I applied directly online. Got an e-mail, and then had a phone interview with the team lead and manager. There were some technical questions but they were simple just to understand how much you know. It did not feel like an interview which I liked, it was a conversation with some technical questions. After the interview it did not take long for them to get back to me to tell me I had an offer. The offer letter was given on the day I started, which was a bit scary but they were very assuring in that manor. Overall, it was a good experience for a new developer.
