The interview itself was easy, but getting the interview was another story... took months to receive an interview offer and when I did have my interview I was left waiting in the foyer for almost an hour waiting to be seen due to "internal problems". It then took almost a month for them to get back to me after initially saying I would receive a response in a week.

2 Rounds of In-Person / Skype Interview. Interviewed with this one Account Manager. She was one of the most arrogant and unprofessional people I have ever talked with. Keep in mind that Social Lab is NOT Ogilvy. Although they're a part of it, their culture and team is NOTHING like it. The only positive experience was with their HR who was actually from Ogilvy.
