Very clear they came for pre placement explaining more about the company and after that gave an assignment fir 2 hours, the pre placement talk was very long and not so engaging We have set up the hiring process to be very transparent to the students and convenient to the XIC Placement team. In this step, the Placement team will be sharing the profiles of the batch of students whose placements are to take place from which Social Panga will be shortlisting the relevant profiles. Please mention UG/PG, Role and Location. Set > Team Social Panga will visit campus and give an assignment - The Panga Challenge which will have a deadline of 2 hours. Go > Once the Panga challenge is completed and shared with the Social Panga team, a final list of selected candidates will be handed over to the Placement team for the final round. There may be more than one round, depending on the number of students participating in the process, which will be held on campus - Group Discussion/ Extempore & Personal Interview.

Good interview process, very conversational and they cared about my likes and dislikes. They didn't pretend to be anything they weren't. Appreciated the transparency. The higher management seems to be fun to work with.
