Contacted through email for interview. Series of situational questions. Staff is extremely nice and friendly - there is nothing to be afraid of. Just be ready to answer multiple situational questions.

I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.
Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.

The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
