Met with one of the VP's for my interview. His only question was "tell me about yourself". I didn't get any follow up questions or anything. I was the one asking all the questions in the end. Then I met with two members of the team who actually asked some decent questions. By the end of the interview they were already training me on how their software worked.

Interview
I was one of the first developers to be hired at the startup so the requirements and interview were pretty relaxed. It was a great first experience and wasn't too stressful. I was interviewed by another developer and the Co-founder. They asked a few basic questions so I could prove my knowledge, then I took a live coding test in the office.
