I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Socialpoint in Oct 2017
Interview
Firstly I was asked to complete a programming challenge on HackerRank. After passing this, the remainder of the interview was conducted via Skype because I was not based in Barcelona.
Next was a short, fairly informal, chat with someone from HR. We discussed the company, the role, my background, etc.
Finally there was a longer technical interview. I was impressed with the overall interview process. It was efficient and the technical questions felt relevant to the job rather than the typical "whiteboard" computer science questions.

Muchas entrevistas, Varias Pruebas técnicas para llegar a la última entrevista y que te digan que buscaban alguien con más experiencia.
Sin feedback de las pruebas técnicas.
El principal problema es la compañía externa de búsqueda de empleados.
It was very nice and friendly and also open to comunnication but I have to say it was a bit slow and unfortunately I didn't get the job.
First there was a general interview and a test for programing after that there were a technical interview with lead developers and all of the processess were very good ,

Interview
I was given a really long C++ test to complete online; the questions were difficult and incredibly time consuming. This is normally fine if there is some form of communication beforehand, but I received no phone calls from anyone and the job description was really vague.
It seems as though this employer does not value the candidate's time. I wouldn't apply again.
