Interview Experience: Negative
The interview process left me with concerns about professionalism and confidentiality.
During one of my interviews, the hiring manager shared work created by a previous employee and criticized the quality of that person’s work. As a candidate, this made me uncomfortable. I didn’t feel it was appropriate to review or discuss another employee’s work product during an interview, and it raised concerns about how confidential information and former employees were treated.
The interview itself was conversational, but that experience stood out and influenced my perception of the company’s culture. I would encourage future candidates to ask thoughtful questions about leadership style, communication, and expectations to determine whether the environment is the right fit for them.
