Interview
With the Vice President of Sales, could be the equivalence of interviewing with your local fraternity. Very quick to talk about the perks which are clearly favored towards the tenured reps as they get the good leads. Also, reps get paid the most while everyone else does their work. Clearly a lack of work ethic and drive by management as they’d rather have high turnover than ethical work practices.

One step interview with VP. Very good training program that gives you a head start on the competition in the field. Met with the VP of sales who discussed his personal career path and potential growth within the organization.
