Received and email to schedule a call with hiring manager. The manager already had my resume, and did not ask any follow up questions via email before the interview. Once the interview began the audio was horrible so it was hard to hear. The hiring manager began by stating that no school/degree was listed in my resume. Once I stated that I did not have a degree they hiring manager ended the call. Please review your candidates before wasting their time, took time out of my current job to make this interview.

They ask behavioral interview questions. They want you to answer in STAR format (situation, task, action, result). No technical questions. The interview was with 4 people and lasted about an hour - hour and a half.
