It was not so difficult, it went smooth. But the hiring process is tiring. They tell us that the interview was scheduled for 1 n half hour but it lasted short.

Interviewed with hiring manager, owner/president, sales team & controller. Was asked many situational questions, as well as mechanical aptitude questions. Also, the owner/president will base much of his opinion about you, on what/how you score on the personality assessment test.
