I was invited to apply by their HR on LinkedIn. Submitted the resume online, did a personality test and a few performance-based tests. No phone screening. They do a soft credit pull and background check. I did a group interview that took about an hour. I followed up to thank the manager for their time afterwards. My hold-up was the job listing itself. It was written as a fun, “day-in-the-life” style but didn’t describe the full scope of responsibilities, job tasks, or expectations. It also was listed on LinkedIn as “hybrid” but they informed me at the interview that it wasn't accurate and had to be on-site. I learned all of this at the interview, so it felt like I had to dig for the information that should be available. They sent an automated message from a no-reply email address informing me the job had been filled. It seemed avoidant and impersonal given the time you have to put in to apply.
