Soliant Consulting interview questions

Was the basic phone screening, followed by an onsite visit where I spent about half of the day interviewing with several people within the company. Met with individual department heads, as well as peer interviewers.

Initially spoke with one of the owners, then spoke to a developer who reviewed my dev skills. I was impressed that they were as hands on as they were. Also friendly and didn't make it an interrogation. It seems like they really care about bringing good people into the team. I didn't get an offer, but I will definitely apply again in the future.
