Interview
Take a math test, meet the owner who holds your resume, and ask you personal questions and then dismisses you 5 mins in. Kisses his dog but refuses to shake your hand. Also looks like some nepotism going on there too

Interview
Started off nicely and ended weird. Went there twice and even met the owner, he said he would send me something and then never heard back from them. Followed up then randomly one day one of their managers called me and started talking to me like it was beginning of the process again. I told him I had already gone thru a lot of these questions before. I think he was mistaking me for someone else or something. Anyway i didnt make a big deal but didnt really follow up
Hate disorganized companies that dont communicate with each other. Also what happened to most basic courtesy of following up? Even if you don't get the job usually they let you know soon but i heard nothing from these guys.
