Started with general screening call. Recruiter on call connected via LinkedIn to handle interview scheduling and other questions. Basic screener.
Interview was panel style with 6 people asking questions sporadically. As such, interview was pretty difficult. Some questions felt like traps, like asking what they do and a response of general awareness of company goals and technology was met with skepticism as if they wanted me to ask the forbidden “what do you do?”question.
No response to follow up message after interview. No formal notification of decline to hire, even after interviewing.
