Interview
It's literally an audition. You are to select a date based on the options given, you come in prepared to coach 2 exercises within a couple minutes (have a song selected as well) and then they have each person go one by one in front of everyone and instruct the "class".
coach a short mock class or segment (5–15 minutes). Usually includes:
A sample warm-up or short routine using Solidcore-style cues.
Demonstration of your verbal coaching, energy, and ability to motivate.

The interview process I participated in was an open audition. The group was led through a 15 min workout then each candidate performed a 2 min audition leading the group through a workout.

Large emphasis on availability and holiday availability.
Applied online, submitted a video audition, had an expectations call, and then was notified I was accepted. After that you go through a training process - you are not guaranteed to pass but you are supported throughout the process and set up for success
