I found the position through a jobsite. They first called and had a phone interview with me that asked behavioral questions. Then they followed up with an on-site interview that had a few technical questions (like demonstrating object-oriented programming and the normal writing programs questions). The people at Solidoodle were all pretty chill and awesome people! Replies might be a bit slow though because the software team is pretty small since they're a startup and they have a lot on their plate.
