Sona Visual interview questions

They reached out to schedule a call with some pretty standard questions. It didn't take longer than 15 minutes. They said if I was shortlisted they would then contact me to setup a more in depth interview.

First interview was a behavioural screening with recruiter, second interview with manager. Both were very positive; it seemed very likely that I would be hired. I was then asked to fill out a personality questionnaire. After this, I was completely ghosted despite sending two follow-up emails.
