Interview
The interview process involved me driving between Boston and New York three separate times for every-increasingly in-depth interviews, going up the chain of command from HR to Controller to GM; they offered me more money than I was asking for; the 'contract' was an old-fashioned handshake and a hearty "Welcome aboard!" from the GM himself.
