The first interview included describing myself and my recent education/experiences. Then I was asked questions relating to the important aspects and considerations for process engineering. One interviewer asked a couple of off-script technical questions. On script questions included important things to consider when opening a new project, how would you go about writing an operation procedure for a machine and who to ask about it, how to manage an increasing workload / how would you react to taking on too much work. The interview lasted around 35 minutes followed by a very interesting tour of the workshop / manufacturing plant.
