It was very quick and easy. Questions about what I would bring to the team and what I knew about the company. Talked to the studio manager on the phone.

Why do you want to work for soulcycle? What can you bring to the team? How would you describe the company?
Easy and quick. They let me take a ride and then I interviewed with the manager. Questions were open-ended and just about my general abilities and willingness to work. From start to finish, it was a simple process and I got the job fairly quickly after the interview.
Quick virtual interview. Spoke to manager and assistant manager on my experience, why I would like to work at soul, and mostly my schedule and availability. Interview was conversation style.
