Very calm and laid back. They really just want to get to know you. Have a free class. This was done after a phone interview. They invite you back in after to ride and chat
It was short and sweet - I was asked the standard interview questions: some behavioural-/personality-based questions, as well as why I am interested in the position. Only reason I turned the position down was because I needed to also join the cleaning crew at that time.

Interviewer was very personable, kind, and bubbly. They really want to see your passion for SoulCycle, health and wellness, and communication. They also were big on having customer service and hospitality experience. There were 2 rounds of zoom interviews and then a final decision was revealed to you in the last interview, and in an email.
