Process lasted almost 60 days. 6 interviews in total, including a presentation to the group as a final interview. Interviews were very straightforward but complete overkill, could have been a panel interview to save significant time and repetition. Company does not value knowledge or skills near as much as LEO experience, if you do not have 15 or more years in law enforcement I would not waste your time applying and going through the process.
