I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at South Carolina Federal Credit Union (Charleston, SC) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was very thorough. They are very diligent about vetting their employees. I respect this process and was blessed to do this with Shelita Prioleau. She made it so comfortable!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at South Carolina Federal Credit Union (North Charleston, SC) in Dec 2022
Interview
The whole process was laid back. Talking to the recruiter was like talking to a friend which really helped me to stay calm and answer the questions to the best of my abilities. The interviews I've done for other companies were very formal and some of the questions that were asked had nothing to do with the actual job. This interview was the total opposite. Every question made sense and directly applies to the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at South Carolina Federal Credit Union in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process was a pleasurable experience and I feel that South Carolina Federal Credit Union took my best interest into consideration as well as theirs. I first spoke to a recruiter with whom I had a great conversation with. They made the interview feel comfortable and welcoming. During the initial phone interview I immediately knew that SCFCU is a respectable and great company that I would be grateful to work for. As for the following video interview, it was with the same person that I did the initial interview with. Again, they made that experience comfortable and welcoming. Both interviews were great and felt like a normal conversation but entailed what was important for both myself and SCFCU. I have no complaints about the interview process.
